If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. No-Show Policy * Your first no-show will be waived as a one-time courtesy because we understand that unexpected situations can happen. * Any additional no-shows will result in a $50 no-show fee that must be paid before booking future appointments. Our appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and missed appointments impact our ability to accommodate other clients.
